Energy Clock

Delete your data

Energy Clock keeps what you log on your phone, not on a server, and there's no account. So deleting your data is something you do on your phone — here's how.

Erase your history inside the app

  1. Open Energy Clock and go to Settings.
  2. Under Data, tap Erase sleep history.
  3. Tap it again to confirm.

This removes everything you've logged: nights of sleep and their estimates, morning check-ins, naps, energy check-ins, drinks, meals, exercise, intimacy entries and Energy Coach history. Your profile, schedule and settings stay, so the app keeps working; to remove those too, delete the app.

Or delete the app

Deleting Energy Clock from your phone removes all of its storage from the phone — history, profile and settings.

Copies the app can't reach

  • Your phone's backups. A backup made earlier may still contain the app's data. On iPhone, manage iCloud backups in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Backups (or on your computer); on Android, in Settings → Google → Backup, or in your Google account's storage settings.
  • Files you exported (CSV or JSON) — delete them wherever you saved or sent them.
  • Apple Health and Health Connect. Energy Clock only reads sleep records and never writes to either, so there's nothing of ours to remove there.

What we hold

The only thing we can hold is email you sent us. To have it deleted:
